SaidSo LLC ("SaidSo," "we," "us," or "our") operates SaidSo.co and its SMS-based agreement confirmation service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using SaidSo — via SMS or the web dashboard — you agree to the practices described here.

Phone numbers. When you text SaidSo, we collect the phone numbers of all parties involved in an agreement. This is required to confirm agreements and send SMS notifications.

Agreement content. We collect the text of SMS messages you send us for the purpose of extracting and confirming agreement terms — including item descriptions, prices, timelines, and any other terms communicated via SMS.

Usage data. We collect standard analytics data when you visit saidso.co, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not sell this data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Confirm agreements between parties and deliver SMS notifications
• Generate and store timestamped agreement records
• Operate and improve the SaidSo platform
• Comply with legal obligations

SaidSo is an SMS-based service. By texting our number (815-572-4376 / 815-SAID-SO), you consent to receive SMS messages related to your agreements, including confirmations, summaries, and status updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on agreement activity. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances:

With agreement parties. Both parties to a confirmed agreement can view the record, including the phone numbers involved.

With service providers. We use Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

As required by law. We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process, court order, or government authority.

Agreement records are retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting privacy@saidso.co. We will process requests within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To exercise these rights, contact:

SaidSo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our service, contact privacy@saidso.co.

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify users of material changes via SMS or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
